We have developed a rigorously structured facilitation process to conduct highly focused group meetings to help our clients: build strategic consensus within their organizations; resolve critical issues; determine the future focus for the organization; and shape its tone, direction and market perception.
We first employ a variety of methods, including focused interviews, written questionnaires and targeted research, to gather input and insights that enable us to structure a meaningful agenda for each strategy planning session. Our carefully orchestrated strategy planning sessions begin with the entire group agreeing to the session's mission and goals. We then lead the group through consideration of carefully prepared questions and issues. Subsequent discussions focus on the actions that could be taken to most effectively address these issues. The strategy planning session concludes with the development of summary statements for each topic and, where appropriate, the development of "next steps" based on the issues identified, the degree of strategic consensus reached and the overall group dynamics.
This financial services marketing book by Suasion president, Jay Nagdeman, offers a fresh perspective on the marketing issues that impact the success of any financial services business.
